Richtfest für die Stadtbibliothek St. Andreas

Mit der neuen Stadtbibliothek wird das Ensemble rings um die Kirche St. Andreas in Cloppenburg komplettiert.
Die Eröffnung ist für das 2. Quartal 2027 geplant.
